Who We Are

Over 20 years ago, Janet Liff began work in commercial real estate with a small Soho firm. She eventually left that firm to begin her own boutique brokerage service. She was introduced to leasing while working for Artspace, a non-profit organization that create artists’ housing to spur economic development. This work history, combined with a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and Masters of Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, provides her with a unique perspective on commercial real estate.  When she’s not in the office, she can be found fighting for better biking, walking and transit in NYC as Chair of Transportation Alternative’s Board of Directions, a Founding Director of Streetspac and a board member of Community Board 2 in Manhattan, serving on the Traffic and Transportation Committee.  In the free time she has left, she explores the city and the world by bike.
